Double D, Paper Mario 2 Style

If Double D were in Paper Mario 2, he would have looked something like this.

I decided to finally give drawing a shot. This first piece is not nessearily a drawn pic, but more of a sprite sheet if you will. This sheet is Double D in Paper Mario 2 style. Like a sprite sheet, parts of his body are drawn seporatly. Why have I done this? Well, just so anyone who likes the sheet may try doing somethine with it. Though it's real purpose is to work in Flash. That's right, within the summer, I plan to animate scenes from the fanfic in Flash, to get more to read my "Edventure" works. I know he looks short and a bit "cuter" but eh, that is the Paper Mario Style.

The facial Expressions took a while, but were actually kind of fun. In order, they are: Squinting, Squining (again XP), Screaming (in pain), Looking strait ahead, hatless (revealing the Eye of Wisdom from the Edventure series), Double D's Hat, looking upward, looking sideways, common face, bored, angry, curious, happy (or talking), Screaming (in fear), concern, and cheerful. I don't actually know what his hair looks like, I just worked off estimation.

Also noted are his three main items in the series: the Staff, the Eye of Wisdom, and the Laptop. Then, I have him in a series of random poses (formed in Flash) to show how it would look when put together. I can fully say with confidence that I am going to use these in some sort of Flash movie.

I am going to draw a series of sheets in order from the series, so I'm making one for Nazz next.
